Set 300 feet off the street behind a private gated entrance, this Pacific Palisades compound developed by Ron Gonen redefines single-level coastal living.

Spanning nearly an acre, the residence draws ocean breezes and panoramic vistas into every major room. “I don’t know a more serene room to go to bed to every night and wake up to every morning,” says host Cindy Ambuehl when stepping into the ocean-facing primary suite, complete with a firelit soaking tub, custom marble finishes, and a Chanel-inspired dressing room.

Outside, the grounds feature an infinity pool, dual outdoor kitchens, a pizza oven, and a serene playhouse set among native oaks. Tucked directly under the pool deck, a private wellness wing includes a gym, steam room, massage studio, and a soundproof subterranean basketball court that converts into a recording or dance studio.
