Thriving Thursday ✨

Months ago, I had a feeling this event was going to be significant.

Not just another speaking opportunity…
but one of those moments that changes you.

And yesterday confirmed that in more ways than I can explain.

The biggest win wasn’t the stage.
It wasn’t the conversations.
It wasn’t the opportunities.

It was who I became while standing there.

For so long, parts of me felt caged.
Quiet.
Careful.
Small.

But lately…
“there’s been a fire burning in my soul.”

And today felt like the moment the lion finally realized the cage door was open.

Not angry.
Not hardened.
Just free.

Free to speak.
Free to be seen.
Free to stop hiding pieces of my story.

This week changed something in me.
And I have a feeling this is only the beginning. 🫶✨

14 years ago today…

What started out as a very normal day, changed so quickly… from normal to stage 5 concussion in a matter of hours!

You get to decide how days like this effect you… will they hold you back or push you forward..?

I realized this day that I was kept alive for a very important reason… It just took me 14 years to realize what that was!

Serving others through Mindset and the power and empowerment therein … that is my purpose!

It was a beautiful day for our St. Patty’s day parade yesterday! All the cabbage, onions, lemons, carrots and potatoes were thrown for the tradition and what an experience!
