Working for Alabama is a bipartisan legislative package endorsed by Governor Ivey, Lieutenant Governor Will Ainsworth, and the Business Council of Alabama. It is the state’s most comprehensive long-term strategy for workforce development, designed to guide residents towards fulfilling careers and transform how we engage with the labor market. The initiative seeks to improve workforce access by launching educational programs and providing tax incentives to expand housing and childcare, thus addressing key shortages that inhibit workforce participation.

Upon enactment, Working for Alabama will remove barriers to workforce entry and adeptly meet the demands of contemporary employment.

Honored to have won the Reed Award for Best Online Video on a Shoestring Budget from Campaigns & Elections for the “Let’s Keep Mountain Brook Running” ad for Lloyd Shelton.

Under a tight deadline, I came up with a script in my car on a Wednesday in Montgomery. Shot it the very next day in about two hours. It was hot and it was loud. However Lloyd was a trooper and the two of us put together a final product that helped contribute to a resounding victory in what was the highest voter turnout in Mountain Brook history. Extremely honored to get national recognition for our hard work.

We Did It Again! ⭐️ ⭐️ Focus Creative won the Pollie Award for Best Social Media for a Political Campaign by the American Association of Political Consultants. That means that over the last two election cycles, Focus has now been twice recognized nationally as being the most proficient in social media strategy, content creation, and implementation.

“THE OSCARS OF POLITICAL ADVERTISING” The Pollie Awards set the standard for excellence in the political communications and public affairs industries. The 2023 Pollies had the highest number of entries in it’s history with less than 5% of entrants actually winning an award. Over 250 judges—all campaign pros—evaluate entries based on creativity, production value and most importantly, political effectiveness. It’s our goal to get good candidates elected and to share their stories with voters.
