GENERAL INFORMATION
All Embroidery Digitizing and Vector work is done by SewFast Digitizing here in the USA. There is no outsourcing to other countries. Most designs average $35 (up to 4x4 inches) All larger size designs are done by quote. All
designs are digitized Manually, which means there is NO AUTO DIGITIZING USED. Turnaround time is 1-3 Business days for most designs. Rush service is available for an extra fee. The fee depends on the complexity of the design. Files are emailed once finished with a worksheet the shows the color sequence and other information. All designs are test sewed before being sent off. Sample Sewouts are not given unless asked for. ALWAYS RUN A TEST SEW BEFORE PRODUCTION TO MAKE SURE THE DESIGN RUNS SMOOTHLY. Machine tension, fabric, needles and thread all play a major roll in the way a design sews out. We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed once we receive the go-ahead to do the design. All files are saved and there is no charge if you need a future copy of your file. There is no charge for editing, unless the design is being changed from artwork that was used in the process. If we use artwork you have supplied for digitizing, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork. Documentation may be required for certain artwork.
