Introducing Slow Water Retreat — a women’s wellness weekend created to help you slow down, reconnect, and focus on healing.
We’ll gather in nature for a meaningful weekend filled with gentle movement, creativity, nourishing food, and a guided self-discovery and healing session designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
You’ll be able to attend in two ways:

• Full overnight retreat accommodations
