✨Trying to do all of the tasks in your business can drain the creativity and life force right out of you.

✨ Outsourcing & hiring one-and-done jobs (like my VIP Content Day) gives you that time back to do the things you actually love in your business AND enjoy more play time!

👉 3 Ways to Get More Time Back:

• Create a page or branded pdf/guide that goes over the most common FAQs people have. This will cut down on back-and-forth emailing and messaging.

• Simplify and automate your scheduling/booking process. My favorite software is Calendly! I can set up individual events like consultation calls, workshops, photoshoots, etc and plug in my availability, then send the link to clients. You can even design questionnaires, take payments, and set up automated workflows to send emails and reminders.

• Design a welcome guide for new clients that has everything they should know about working with you.

👉 Not only will this make your life easier, it will create a much smoother process for your clients! And when we have happy clients, those word of mouth referrals spread like wild fire 🔥

Lead magnets are seriously a win-win for everyone! Well, as long as you don’t spam your email list…but that’s not what we’re about here so moving on 😉

Let’s say you’re a local coffee shop or restaurant and Tuesdays are your slow time.

You can offer an incentive for customers to come in. The possibilities are endless: offer a discount, a BOGO, bring a friend in and each get a discount/free upgrade/etc.

Not only can you bring more business in on a slow day, but you now have people on your email list which means you can stay top of mind!

We are so busy with all sorts of things fighting for our attention-consumers need a little fun reminder that your business exists!

Email newsletters do not have to be boring-in fact, they shouldn’t be! The tone of your business should be present in everything you do 🙌

✨ Oh creatives, we’re a wild bunch aren’t we? 😂

One minute we’re like, “This is amazing, my offer is incredible and I’m going to do all the things!”

The next day, our energy is totally zapped and we’re sitting mindlessly contemplating our every life decision while scrolling tiktok in full comparison mode 🤦🏼‍♀️

Whew! I’m exhausted just typing that lol!

Alright my creative buddies-we’re going to focus here on building strategies, systems & revenue streams that will allow you to work LESS so you can have more time recharging that creative mind of yours!

My hubby and I were recently listening to a podcast about health and longevity and the doctor was talking about asking his clients what they want their life to look like in 10-20 years, then working backwards to come up with goals to get them there.

My adhd brain immediately lit up with ways we can apply this thinking to our businesses💡

👉 The goal: spend less time working and more time actually living life (whatever that looks like for you)

👉 How we’re going to get there:
✨ Develop a content marketing plan that is specific to YOUR biz, your personality and your offers & consistently attracts clients.

✨ Finally getting those business values clear so your clients can self-identify as a good fit! People want to work with businesses who share common values.

✨ Automations & systems baby! I know I know. This just killed your little creative soul and I fought systems and automation for freaking ever…but once I gave myself a kick in the b***y and finally created systems, I was like “where have you been all my life?!”

Now I’m obsessed with creating strategies for others that will allow them to get more clients without constantly having to show up personally for every little thing.
