We are looking for someone with experience optimizing web pages for improved search engine rank and with experience setting up, managing and optimizing Google Adwords pay-per-click campaigns. We are looking for someone who naturally thinks strategically & is always looking for ways to better leverage systems & our team to achieve better results. This person also needs to be a life long learner & excited to continually dig into the best ways to better promote our clients on the web. Our hope is that this person has the soft skills needed to regularly communicate with clients & the strategic thinking needed to craft the right next steps to achieve their goals.

These are the qualifications that we are looking for:

Experience setting up and optimizing for SEO
Experience with Google Ads is a bonus
Passionate about the web

Job Responsibilities:

Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for each assigned client
Generate & Research keywords for new clients
Create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
Collaborate with web marketing team & clients to target the right traffic
Assist in Cybernautic’s inbound marketing efforts: strategize, write content, develop campaigns
Maintain positive relationships with our web marketing clients
