Before a potential client reaches out, they've already made up their mind, 80% of the decision happens before the first message. 📥👀

1. "Is this person for someone like me?" - Niche down. "I work with small businesses" tells them nothing. "I help restaurant owners in Texas stay IRS-compliant and actually understand their numbers," makes them feel seen.

2. "Can they fix MY specific problem?" - Skip the credentials. Show the outcome. A before/after story, "Client came to us with three years of unfiled returns. Here's how we resolved it." does more than any CPA license ever will.

3. "Why hire you over a cheaper alternative?" - Your edge isn't your degree. It's your process, your perspective, and your promise. What do you do differently? What do you guarantee? Lead with that.

4. "What happens if I reach out?" - Most people don't contact an accountant because it feels intimidating or uncertain. Remove that friction. Tell them exactly what to expect. "A quick 15-minute call, no commitment, just clarity on where you stand."

Your content's job is to answer all four of these before a client ever has to ask.
