STEP 1: GET IN TOUCH 📩
Send us a message here on Facebook or email us at [email protected]
Include as much info as you can about your project:

Item(s) – your own or blanks we can order 🧢👕

Logo/artwork file 🖼️

Thread colors 🎨

Placement (left chest, sleeve, back, etc.) 📍

Quantity & needed-by date 🗓️

Text for names/numbers (choose from our large font library) ✏️

STEP 2: WE REVIEW YOUR REQUEST 👀
We’ll check your info and reply with any questions or request additional details.

STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR DIGITAL PROOF 💻
You’ll see your design and pricing before we start stitching.

STEP 4: DEPOSIT 💰
A 50% deposit is required to begin custom orders.

STEP 5: RELEASE FORM ✍️
For customer-supplied items, we’ll have you sign a quick release form to protect both sides.

We can handle one-off items or small batches, so no order is too small. 🎁

We’re a small embroidery shop on the Carolina coast, creating high-quality, custom embroidery for businesses, schools, teams, and individuals.
