These boys. This view. Time that no one can take back.

Hallelujah. 🙌

Have you ever looked at your kid and thought, where did the time go?

Bo turns 18 next spring and y’all, this is the last summer before he graduates. His days are already packed with baseball and work and chasing his own dreams. There’s something bittersweet about watching your son stop needing you to plan his days because he’s too busy building his own life. That’s the goal, right? But nobody warns you about what it feels like when it’s actually happening.

This is my second child to graduate and I thought it would be easier the second time around. It’s not. If anything I know too well how fast the next chapter comes.

So this summer I’m just choosing to be all the way present for it. Every late game, every quiet drive home, every ordinary moment that won’t exist this time next year.

To the mamas right here in this season with me, how are you holding up? 🌾

A master's degree. Five kids. 17 years home.

And I still felt like I wasn't doing enough.

Not because I wasn't working hard but because I wasn't contributing financially. And that quietly wore on me.

There's a way forward that doesn't make you choose. Follow along. 🌾

The moms who are building something?
They’re not doing it perfectly.
They’re doing it faithfully. 🌾
No one handed them a map.
They just kept showing up - tired, unsure, and trusting God with the harvest anyway.

This is for the mama who’s in the middle of it right now.
Save this for the day you need the reminder most.

5 things you don’t owe anyone an explanation for:

1. Homeschooling your kids.
You didn’t pull them out of the system because you’re afraid of the world. You pulled them out because you’re not willing to outsource their formation to it.

2. Leaving the workforce.
You didn’t quit because you couldn’t hack it. You left because you decided your family was worth more than a salary that required you to be absent from them.

3. Building a business from home.
It’s not a hobby. It’s not a phase. And you don’t need a business degree or anyone’s permission to do it.

4. Your faith-led decisions.
When God gives you a direction that doesn’t make sense to the people around you, you move anyway. That’s not recklessness. That’s obedience.

5. Saying no to normal.
Normal is broke, burned out, and waiting for the weekend. You’re not chasing normal. You’re building something that actually looks like freedom.

If this is you, you’re in the right place.

Can I be honest about something I’ve never really said out loud?

When I started this I dreaded running into people I knew. Not because I was ashamed, but because I could already see it. The face. The slight change in energy when you mention network marketing. The polite smile that doesn’t quite reach their eyes. The way the conversation moves on a little too fast.

I felt that and almost let it stop me.

I’m a homeschool mom. Being home with my boys is not a consolation prize, it’s the whole point. But I also had something in me that wouldn’t be quiet. And I had to decide if other people’s fleeting opinions were worth more than what God put in me.

They weren’t.

If you’re a mom who feels that pull but you’re terrified of the face - the judgment, the distancing, the “oh she’s doing one of those things” - I see you.
That fear is real. And it’s also not the boss of you.

Sow anyway. 🌱

The helmet slams and meltdowns on the field, I get it. But what if the antidote started at home, years before the game?

👇 What’s the hardest thing your family has done together?

She needs water that actually hydrates her cells, clears her skin, kills inflammation, and gives her energy to survive raising your kids.

And the machine? It lasts 25 years.

One gift. 25 Mother’s Days covered. 😂💧

My husband gets it now.

Nobody’s in a rush.
Nobody’s on a schedule that isn’t ours.

Real income. From this room

One kid’s in the chair with a book. One’s at the table working on a paper.
And I’m somewhere in the middle of all of it - answering messages, following up with leads, building something.

I used to think “present at home” and “financially contributing” were two different seasons of life.

Turns out they don’t have to be.

No office required. No childcare required. No experience required.

Comment LIFE and I’ll send you a breakdown of exactly what this looks like day to day.
