I'm a Marketing major at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. I'm also considering either double majoring in Photography as well as Marketing, or just minoring in Technical Photography. Photography has been my passion for as long as I can remember, since way before I begged my mother to buy me "one of those black cameras with the big lenses," ...which I now know are called D-SLRs

. My favorite part of photography is just the ability to capture a moment that will never happen in the exact same way ever again. Photography also gives the person behind the viewfinder the power to force their viewers to see ordinary, every day objects from their point of view, or just from a different point of view. No matter how I look at it, photography is absolutely intriguing to me. (And of course, to make me feel more popular.)
