ceed. Our job is to either “make money or save money” for those clients who we service. This can include creating new job or project descriptions, manuals, advertising and interviewing new staff, vendors and/or companies. A typical day includes traveling to one or more of our clients’ offices to assist with their office organization, filing, bookkeeping and marketing. We research methods of saving money with current vendors through various purchasing adjustments, interviews and cost analysis. We are often asked to sit in on meetings with new or existing staff/vendors in order to provide valuable insight to the company’s business management. The marketing we provide includes purchasing and designing advertising space in all print, internet, direct mail and in-house vehicles. We manage websites, social media, YouTube videos, internet listings and event type promotions and fundraising. A large part of the marketing includes press release creation and distribution as well as photo/video promotion as well. Every month has an event we can promote on your behalf! We are well liked for our customer service skills and provide either customer follow up or training. We even handle your email, birthday and holiday emails/cards!
