As a small business owner, you don’t have to be good at everything.

Some things come naturally and some you can learn. Other things are just not in your skill set.

We lean on each other to fill in the gaps and push each other out of our comfort zones at the right moments. And we lean on our other teammates, freelancers, and agencies.

“Let me take that prospect call- you have a ton of deep focus work right now.”

“Can you help us with branding and logo design?”

“Want to run this kickoff call today? We can prep ahead of time and you can hand it over to me at any point.”

It makes us a better team and better as individuals. We also recently did the Clifton Strengths assessment from to work even better as a team.

We love to nerd out on personality types and work styles!!

After working in marketing for a few years, Katherine went back to school at MGH IHP to become a nurse. She did an accelerated program + worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Spaulding Hospital Cambridge as an oncology nurse, and now works per diem with Spaulding doing nurse training, education, and research! 👩🏼‍⚕️🩺
