A few of our favorite client wins from May 🎉

Not every post goes viral, and that’s not the goal. But when strategy, storytelling, trends, and timing come together, the results can be pretty incredible.

Here are a few pieces of content our team created and managed last month that generated:

What matters most isn’t chasing viral moments. It’s consistently creating content that helps brands reach new audiences, build trust, and stay top of mind with the people most likely to become customers.

These results came from a mix of restaurants, hospitality brands, and small local businesses. Every account has different goals, audiences, and benchmarks for success, but we’re always focused on creating content that delivers meaningful results.

One of the things I love most about owning a social media agency is seeing our clients' ideas take on a life of their own.

Our team manages social media for Legal Sea Foods and as part of our monthly content shoot, we recently captured content for their National Lobster Day promotion featuring a 3-foot lobster roll packed with more than 4 pounds of lobster.

Since then, the promotion has been featured by WBZ, NBC Boston, Boston 25 News, The Boston Globe, and several other local media outlets.

It's a great reminder that social media content doesn't always stop at social media. A single campaign can generate excitement online, spark conversations, and create visibility far beyond the platforms where it was originally shared.

One of my favorite parts of this work is helping clients bring ideas to life through both social media management and content creation, then watching those ideas gain momentum.

I'm grateful to work alongside the Legal Sea Foods team each month and excited to see all of the well-deserved attention this promotion has received!

May has officially been our busiest month of 2026 yet at Social by Sinead & Co. 🎉

This month alone we’ve had over 20 booked content shoots with a few more still happening this week, signed on 5 new management clients, and we’re currently in the process of transitioning one of our part-time employees into a full-time role which I’m really excited about.

We also have some big meetings coming up with national and international brands that still feels surreal to type out.

At the same time, social media keeps changing every single week and we’re seeing some really interesting shifts right now:

- Searchable content matters more than ever
- Older posts are continuing to get pushed weeks later
- More polished doesn’t always mean better performing
- Founder-led content and behind-the-scenes content is continuing to outperform
- Consistency still matters way more than chasing every trend

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes over here lately and I’m just really grateful for the growth, the trust from our clients, and the team we’re building! 🫶🏼

So excited and grateful to be featured by  and to share more of the story behind how I built Social by Sinead & Co. over the last 6 years.

From freelancing social media while working my corporate job to now leading a team managing social for 45+ brands every month… it’s been a journey I’m really proud of.

What means the most to me isn’t just the growth of the business, but the relationships, the team we’ve built, the long-term clients who trust us and being able to create a life that allows me to be ambitious in business while also being present with my family.

Thank you to every client, referral, supporter, friend, family member, and person who has followed along and supported this business over the years. It means more than you know.

Today marks 5 years of Sophia being part of Social by Sinead and she’s been with me since almost the very beginning.

I started this business 6 years ago and she came on part time in those early days. Since then she’s grown into our full time Client and Operations Manager and plays a huge role in everything we do.

She’s been there through every phase, the growth, the pressure, the behind the scenes that no one sees and everything it’s taken to build this.

She’s the kind of person who just gets it. Things get handled, clients are taken care of, the team is supported, and I don’t have to think twice.

Loyal, driven, hardworking and someone I trust fully. Not just with the work but with the business as a whole.

There are so many moving parts over here and Sophia is a huge part of why it all runs the way it does.

Five years in and she’s a huge part of why this business is what it is today.

Most people think they need better content. They don’t.

They need to be clearer about what they’re doing on Instagram in the first place.

I see it all the time. Businesses posting consistently, trying different formats, even keeping up with trends… and still not getting inquiries. At that point it’s easy to blame the algorithm, but that’s usually not the issue.

What’s missing is direction. What are you actually trying to be known for? Who are you trying to attract? And what is each post supposed to lead to?

Because if you don’t know what the goal of the post is, your audience definitely doesn’t either. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Once that’s clear, your content gets easier to create and a lot more effective.

Most people don’t need more ideas, they need a better strategy behind what they’re already posting.

If your Instagram isn’t bringing in leads or inquiries, it’s usually not the algorithm. It’s what you’re saying and how you’re saying it.

Closing out 2025 with a full heart and a very full camera roll 🥂

This year, we supported 45+ monthly social media management clients and had over 150 content shoots. Honestly, probably more, but at some point you stop counting. 😂

We worked with dream clients, strengthened long-term partnerships, and welcomed a new team member who fit right in. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I had my second baby in April and learned a whole new level of balance, boundaries, and trust.

We also celebrated 6 years of Social by Sinead. Six years of growth, evolution, and building something I’m deeply proud of with people I genuinely love working with.

None of this happens without this team. Their talent, care, loyalty and consistency are the foundation of this business. And none of it happens without our clients who trust us with their brands day in and day out.

Beyond grateful. Beyond proud. And very excited for what’s next.

Six years ago today my dad brought me down to the bank and helped me open a business bank account to officially start this little business I kept talking about.

What started that day has grown into something I’m so proud of. Social by Sinead has allowed me to work with incredible clients who believed in me and my team, trusting us with everything from social media management to content shoots and so much more. Your loyalty and support mean the world to me.

In these six years, so much of my life has unfolded alongside this business. I got engaged and married, we bought our dream home, welcomed two beautiful boys, and I built a team of hardworking, loyal women who have been with me through it all.

The part that means the most is knowing this business was built for these two cuties before they were even born. I’m proud of what I’ve created for them and grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way.
