It’s almost officially summer! ☀️☀️We are here to introduce you your new favorite summer drink: amazake. And of course we have the perfect business to introduce you to it: !

Atsushi Nakagawa is the founder of Amazake Co., a Los Angeles-based food brand rooted in Japanese fermentation traditions. Originally from Japan, Atsushi started Amazake Co. to introduce more people in the U.S. to koji-based foods like amazake, shio koji, tamari koji, and miso. His mission is to make traditional Japanese ingredients easy to enjoy in everyday cooking while sharing the natural sweetness, depth, and umami of Japanese fermented foods.

Amazake was taken as a fatigue recovery drink in the hot summer months due to its powerful nutritional and restorative benefits. So it is perfect to try during this hot weather! Check out to learn more. 🤤🤤

Happy Pride month! ❤️❤️ We are kicking off our celebration of this joyful month with an amazing small business:

Founded by Gastronomy graduate Miguel Allis, Hawt Chocolate crafts artisanal, flavor-packed treats designed to turn any moment into a celebration. Born from a love of family, travel, and unforgettable food experiences, they make handcrafted chocolates that are as inclusive and vibrant as they are delicious. Because life is too short for bad chocolate or boring conversations.

For Miguel, pride is the ultimate celebration of authenticity, love, and community. As a Mexican-born, queer-owned business, Pride means creating a space where everyone is welcome at the table. “Hawt” started as Having A Wonderful Time, and this Pride Month is all about celebrating the freedom to love out loud, live creatively, and share joy—one exceptional chocolate at a time.

Treat yourself to some chocolate and follow to keep up with all of their delicious goodies. Happy Pride!! 🌈🌈

Continuing our celebration of AAPI Heritage month, we are highlighting an amazing, culture inspired beer brand, ! 🔥🔥

Dokkaebier is an award-winning craft beer brand inspired by dokkaebi, the playful spirits from Korean folklore, exploring new flavors and storytelling through beer. With releases inspired by ingredients and flavors across Asia, from bright citrus notes like yuzu to bolder, savory twists like kimchi-inspired brews, Dokkaebier was founded in 2020 in San Francisco by Youngwon Lee to bring Asian flavors into craft beer in a way that feels both familiar and new. Seeing little Asian representation in the industry, he wanted to create brews that honor heritage while pushing boundaries. Launched just before the pandemic, Dokkaebier has grown into a community that shares a passion for creativity and innovation.

Be sure to follow Dokkaebier to join the community and try their delicious brew! 🍻🍻

N**e Dude Food, a Chicago based private chef and catering company was founded by childhood best friends Seth and Ryan. Both home bakers who had a passion for healthy cooked meals utilizing the city’s farmer’s markets to source the best, nutrient dense ingredients while supporting the local economy and farms.

Their love for sourdough evolved to pizza during the pandemic, baking bread and pizzas weekly and giving them away to the community and those in need.
Flash forward to today, and the pizza is now available for special events as well as the Green City Market Saturdays in Lincoln Park. This artisan pizza features all local ingredients sourced from the farmers.
