Same strip of yard. Before we started, and after.

That whole side had a season's worth of leaves packed down on it, ivy climbing the fence, and volunteer growth crowding the house. We cleared it, bagged it, and hauled it off so nothing was left sitting in the yard waiting on a trailer.

This is the stretch where yards need that kind of attention - the last regular mows, edging that's gone shaggy, and everything that piled up over the summer.

Same unit. Same door. Two photos, a few weeks apart.

Signs, display pieces, cutouts, bagged artwork - all of it came out. We sorted it, loaded it, donated what was still good and hauled off the rest.

Then the key went back and the monthly payment stopped.

I’ve got a cargo van and I’m helping folks around Broken Arrow and Tulsa with Marketplace pickups, furniture delivery, small moves, garage cleanouts, donation runs, and junk haul offs.

This is what one curbside pickup looks like.

Mattress topper, a couple of chairs, bagged yard waste, broken planters, a wheelbarrow, and about six boxes of odds and ends. All of it went in the van in one trip, and the driveway got swept before we pulled out.

No trailer to rent. No dump run to plan around. No waiting on a bulk pickup that may or may not come.

If something's been sitting out front longer than you'd like, send me a photo and I'll tell you what it'd cost to make it disappear.

The job was “can you take down a trampoline.” That's the same trampoline in both photos.

Frame, net, poles, springs, the slide and the mat — all broken down, sorted and boxed so it could actually be moved or sold instead of rusting in the yard another summer.

There's no list of what counts as an odd job. If it's awkward, heavy, annoying, or you just don't want to give up a Saturday for it, ask. Worst case I tell you it's not my lane and point you at somebody who does it.

They had the truck. They had the U-Box. What they didn't have was enough arms.

That's most of our moving jobs. People handle the rental and the logistics themselves, then realise the actual loading is the part that eats the whole weekend.

We load, we pad the furniture, we strap the stack so nothing shifts on the road, and we do it in a fraction of the time it takes two people who've never done it before.

You don't have to hire a full moving company to get help moving. If you've got one coming up this fall, message me the dates and I'll tell you what crew size makes sense.

Not all of this work happens at houses.

A building full of boxes that had to be sorted and cleared. A pallet of freight that needed to get from a dock to a door. Inventory, fixtures, office furniture, and whatever the last tenant decided not to take with them.

If you manage rentals, you already know the worst part of a turnover isn't the cleaning — it's the pile left behind. Same job we do for businesses clearing a space, just a different address.

One load. One trip. Gone.

Bagged clutter, a dresser, a couple of crates, and the odds and ends that had been stacked in the corner of the garage since the last move.

That's what we haul — furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard debris, general junk. Curbside if it's already out, or we come in and get it. We clean up after ourselves before we leave.
