This Saturday!

UPDATED MAP! Cool Grilles Pre-Registration Information!

Thank you so much for pre-registering for the Cool Grilles Car Show! The weather looks great and the Rotary Club of Broken Arrow is busily preparing for a fantastic event!

Here is the information for day of:

7:00am - Entry will start
CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS YEARS!!!! - All groups that would like to be parked together MUST enter together, we will NOT hold spots!
- Enter on Commercial from 1st street! 1st is to the East of Main Street and you can get to Commercial from the North or South!
- Please wait for the golf carts to lead you to where to park, we will be as efficient as possible and want to get you situated just as much as you want to be situated!
- Once parked, please come to the Rotary Tents on the East side of Main and Dallas.
- If you have pre-registered, we will have your Dash Card for judging, SWAG bag and T-Shirt if you pre-ordered.
- If you have not pre-registered, we will be able to register your ride and you can purchase a show shirt if you are interested.
- Go back to your vehicle, put your dash card in your windshield and set up and relax.

9:00am - Judging will start
- Make sure you come visit our silent auction tables on the West side of Main and Dallas.
- Get your raffle tickets for some fun gift cards and our 50/50 raffle.
- Visit our Food Trucks and Vendors
- FREE ENTRY to the Museum of Broken Arrow (Sponsored by Edward Jones-Robyn Havener) or the Military History Museum (Sponsored by Edward Jones-Kyle Canida) so stop by.

3:00pm/3:30pm - Awards
- We will be as efficient as we can, once judging wraps up to get awards passed out! We know it has been a long day and we want to celebrate you and your vehicles!

Figured I should probably introduce myself.

I’m Jake Johnson, the guy behind Best in BA.

I live here in Broken Arrow, work here, and genuinely love this community. I started Best in BA because I wanted to create something that helped local businesses get seen, supported, and celebrated.

That’s what keeps me showing up, knowing this can become something that genuinely means something to Broken Arrow.
