Scaling without knowing your contribution margins is just guessing.

Revenue can grow while profit shrinks.

Before increasing ad spend, calculate the numbers that define profitable growth—not just top-line sales.

Growth starts with financial clarity.

Most brands don't lose Q4 because of poor demand.

They lose it because they planned too late.

Q4 inventory planning starts in June—not September. The brands that forecast early, account for supplier lead times, and build inventory buffers are the ones that stay in stock when demand peaks.

If you're still waiting to think about holiday inventory, you're already cutting it close.

Swipe through to see the 3-step framework we use to prepare brands for a stronger Q4.

Returns are one of the biggest profit leaks on Amazon.

A lot of them happen for the same reason: the product the customer receives doesn't match what they expected.

That's why Amazon is investing more heavily in 3D product models.

A 3D model gives shoppers a much better understanding of the product before they buy. Instead of relying on a few images, they can view the item from different angles and get a clearer sense of what they're actually ordering.

Think of it as a digital version of the product sitting on a store shelf.

For brands, this isn't just a nice feature.

Better product understanding can lead to more confident purchases, fewer disappointed customers, and ultimately fewer returns.

As Amazon continues to prioritize more interactive shopping experiences, 3D content is becoming less of an enhancement and more of a competitive advantage.

Most brands think Amazon DSP is only for massive advertisers.

In reality, DSP becomes valuable when your funnel is ready for retargeting.

If shoppers are clicking your Sponsored Products ads but not converting, DSP can help bring them back and recover lost sales.

The question isn't whether you're big enough for DSP.

It's whether your funnel is ready for it.

Most brands are still optimizing for clicks.

Amazon is optimizing for something bigger.

Last year, Amazon made it clear: their two priorities are personalization and interactivity.

The personalization side has gotten most of the attention. AI-powered search, Rufus, smarter product discovery, and more tailored shopping experiences are already changing how customers find products.

But the second priority may be even more important.

Interactivity.

Amazon isn't just competing with other marketplaces anymore. They're watching platforms like TikTok Shop redefine how consumers discover, evaluate, and buy products.

The future of eCommerce isn't just about showing products.

It's about creating experiences that keep shoppers engaged.

The brands that understand this shift early will be in the best position to win as online shopping continues to evolve.

How is your brand adapting to a more interactive shopping experience?

Ad spend can look productive in your dashboard while quietly undermining the account.

Here's what that actually looks like.

Your ACoS has been improving for three straight months but total revenue is flat. On the surface that reads as efficiency. What it usually means is that spend cuts reduced coverage on terms that were building organic rank — the account got leaner and weaker at the same time.

Your top branded keywords are heavy with sponsored product spend. You're paying for clicks that should be free. That only happens when organic visibility on your own brand terms has eroded and ad spend is plugging the gap.

Your reporting shows campaign-level ROAS but no search term level conversion data. You don't actually know what's working. You know what the aggregate looks like.

These don't trigger alerts. They develop slowly. And they're significantly harder to reverse than they are to prevent.

AI can generate content.
AI can automate workflows.
AI can even imitate expertise.

But it can't replace genuine human connection.

As AI becomes more powerful, trust becomes more valuable.

The future won't belong only to those with the best technology—it will belong to those who build real relationships, earn credibility, and create authentic connections.

In a world full of automation, being human is an advantage.

Most Amazon EU expansion strategies fail before the launch even starts.

One of the biggest mistakes brands make is choosing their next marketplace based on market size alone.

A bigger population does not automatically mean stronger demand for your product.

Consumer behavior, culture, climate, and buying habits vary heavily across Europe.

A product that performs well in the US may completely miss the mark in another region. A sweetener brand designed around American eating habits might struggle in Europe. Meanwhile, a pool supply brand could see stronger demand in France than the UK simply because of climate and lifestyle differences.

The smarter approach:
• Prioritize localized product-market fit
• Study real customer reviews in each region
• Understand regional buying behavior
• Test conservatively before scaling inventory

Macro data helps guide decisions. Local demand is what actually drives revenue.
