Merry Christmas! 🎄 I was recently introduced to this classic pilsner by a good friend and proud owner of The Barrel House, Gus. With 12 years in the industry, I can't believe I've never experienced what he claims is his favorite beer.

Well... now I know. It's an absolutely beautiful German Pils. And up it will go on my list of my favorite lager style beers. Thanks for the tip, Gus! 🫶🍻

I never thought that drinking a beer would trigger so many memories and emotions. Well, that's what happened with this Hoppy Holidays can from Block 15. It's been precisely 3 holiday seasons since we moved to Ohio from Oregon, and boy-o-boy do I miss this beer and brewery! Super hoppy, slightly sweet and loaded with spruce and citrus. Kinda like a Big hoppy sugar cookie! 🎄🍪 🍻

I was lucky enough to score this 5-pack from my favorite place in Dayton... The Barrel House! You don't see Tired Hands Brewing Company & The Veil Brewing Co. in the wild too often... especially at the same time! Hoppy Ho Ho Ho to me!

Moving from Oregon to Ohio has been a bit of a culture shock. Especially with my choice of beers and scenery. Fortunately, I can get some pretty amazing beers in my mouth, thanks to my good friends at The Barrel House! And the scenery? 🧇 Well, this delicious can of by one of my favorite breweries, Other Half Brewing Company happens to match this scene just a few blocks away from our home here in Brookville!

It ain't mountains 🏔️ and rivers, but I'll take what I can get! 😅

While my 1st seed San Francisco 49ers are enjoying a bye week, I'm enjoying the Cleveland Browns game against the Houston Texans with this amazing Cleveland beer! Jalepeño IPA is heating me up on this frigid day here in Ohio! Pairs well with football! 🏈 Cheers!
