I’ve learned that every room won’t recognize your expertise the moment you walk in, but your work eventually will. Strategy has a way of speaking louder than assumptions.

So I keep showing up, building brands, creating content that moves people. And I keep taking up the space I worked hard to earn.

To every Black girl or woman in social media, PR, advertising, marketing, branding, and creative leadership: don’t shrink your voice to make others comfortable. Your perspective isn’t a bonus AND it’s an advantage.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been breaking and reframing my strategies with the current economy and market. Understanding that what got me here, won’t keep me here has me writing down my SOPs, and refining my frameworks.

I’m not who I was when I wrote this book and that’s exactly why it still works. There was a moment where I almost didn’t write it at all, because I didn’t fully see how everything would come together, and I had to push past that uncertainty to do it anyway.

Now I’m in a season of realigning and where I am requires a version of me I’ve never been before. Even more disciplined, more intentional, and more aligned than ever!

The Mogul Blueprint wasn’t created from perfection, it was created in the process with becoming the best version of self in mind. The foundation still stands, and the blueprint still works, it just requires a different dedication to ex*****on.
