A little rebrand for my brain 🧠

We’re chilling this Summer (and until further notice). As a creative freelancer, it’s easy to get wrapped up in to-do lists, 2am edits, and responding to emails. But I crave peace and quiet; staying in my world a little longer and not tying my success to my creations and productivity (we’ll be looking at the word in the near future).

So my advice for a soft girl summer:

• Create for yourself first
• Use no as a complete sentence
• Embody more compassion

Do you use in your branding decisions? While not for everyone, I’ve personally found that most of my clients professionally align more comfortably within the qualities and characteristics of their 10th house.

Tap into your most authentic cosmic brand by looking to your for clues on how to best express your professional self.

The Midheaven (MC or Medium Coeli) meaning 'middle of the sky', is the highest point of your birth chart which can be found at the cusp of your 10th house. This represents your public face, determining your career path, goals, achievements, and social standing.

The Midheaven is your reputation, what people see and perceive about you before even meeting you. Different aspects of branding such as colors, voice, type, and even symbols can all be discovered within your MC and 10th house.

As a Projector, I literally do not have the consistent energy to be “on” all the time so ‘work smarter not harder’ has become my lifestyle. If you’re looking for the easiest way to get something done, speak to the Projectors in your life because efficiency is our superpower.

Here are my foundational go-to’s for new creative freelancers that have helped me build a fluid but organized workflow:

1. Notion - build your ideal workspace, slight learning curve if you don’t know how to code but there are templates galore that can be purchased and duplicated.
2. Zapier - let the robots do the work for you. Lean in to letting go of control and set up ‘zaps’ for any and all repetitive tasks.
3. Astrology - it’s 2022 y’all, look to the stars for some clarity on where you could focus your energy.
4. Human Design - do you feel out of alignment, professionally or in general? The average “freelancing lifestyle” portrayed through socials may actually be against your true nature. HD will give you the deets on what lights you up and aligns you with your most authentic self.
