Back in the early 2000’s, there were far fewer cat videos, and even fewer people actually creating an individual income online. But that didn’t stop us from trying.
And failing.
A couple times.
But all of that experience taught us what we didn’t know already. Between then and now, Jeff and I have done GOBS of research, spent thousands on courses, tested and tweaked strategies and damn-near perfected the system to sell anything online and build an audience from scratch.
We’ve used these systems and strategies to:
* launch multiple successful businesses organically (aka: without paid ads)
* attract leads on auto-pilot without paying for a lead-gen service
* sell a wiiiiiiiiiiide variety of goods and services over the last 20 years
* standout in a noisy social media landscape with a unique, on-brand content strategy and
* be able to say “sayonara” to punching a clock ever again.
Fast forward to 2022, many small business strategy meetings, awards and achievements later, our friend, Real Estate Broker and Property Manager, asks for help creating a strategy to grow his business online. That request from a friend reignited the passion we have for real estate and TurnKey Content was born!
Jeff and I know that we can use our systems to help Real Estate Agents gain visibility online, build a simple marketing strategy and get qualified leads leaving messages asking to meet with you.
