Ad Club and Crash Campaign understand the power that lives within the media and our responsibility as future leaders in the industry. Both organizations strive to help future communicators become more socially conscious professionals. We support and stand with the Black Lives Matter movement as it continues to spark change beyond the streets and into the workplace.

We commit to upholding an anti-racist, empowering, and inclusive environment for all. That means ensuring everyone feels welcome in our programs. It involves learning from and serving diverse voices. Through these ongoing efforts, we enable our members to make responsible decisions.

Please visit our new resource library. It explores connections between the Black Lives Matter movement and strategic communications. We also include resources about LGBTQ+ representation in honor of Pride Month.

On Friday, February 21, the The Female Quotient will host a panel discussion event at McKinney in Durham, NC. The panel will feature the “The Women of McKinney,” who will talk about their personal stories, including their career paths, what it’s like to work at a creative agency, and their views on diversity, inclusion and equity.

Doors open at 12:45 p.m., with an agency tour starting at 1 p.m. The panel discussion, Q&A, and networking begins after the tour. The panel will be moderated by McKinney’s Executive Director of Account Management Lisa Hughes, a UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media adjunct faculty member.
