Our agency has been fortunate to represent a number of big clients doing cool things, but when you have the opportunity to align your professional passion with a mission that matters, true magic happens.

Though media relations is not the only thing we do, it is incorporated into just about every strategy. Working with IJM and representing the international Dressember campaign has granted our team the privilege to share this movement across numerous channels with a focus in the ultimate goal: systemic change and freeing more than 50 million victims enslaved by human trafficking.

Thank you and for bringing awareness to this heavy issue and to for not only being a courageous founder but a vulnerable and authentic storyteller.

An entrepreneur since the start, Nicole began her first endeavor as a small child in Minnesota. Selling the frogs she caught at her family lake home, she persisted even after she learned her "customers" were actually fishermen, who were not purchasing her slimy green friends as "pets". So it came as no surprise that after 20 years of working with some of the biggest corporations and agencies in the world (ever heard of McDonald’s, NFL, and Kellogg?), she decided to launch her own firm in 2018. When she's not busy running Rein Communications she can likely be found with her husband and two boys, cheering them on in hockey other sports they play. Nicole always makes time to help others (whether people or dogs) and continually advocates for women's equality, mental health support, human trafficking awareness, and common sense gun laws.

With experience working with celebrities, CPG, and technology clients, she leads our creative and production department, delivering photography, videography and design. Whether its social media, a website, or marketing collateral, Makenzie's keen eye and creativity elevate every communication's strategy. She is fixated with her three felines, and is a lover of travel and scary movies. Recently engaged, she will be celebrating her nuptials in Greece next year.
