CLIENT SPOTLIGHT JDog Carpet Cleaning Charleston - A Summerville Navy Veteran, who served his country as a Navy Combat Corpsman from 2001-2010 with two tours in Iraq, is now serving the community through a new business that will cater to local residents and commercial businesses in Charleston, Berkeley, Colleton, and Dorchester counties.

Toby Catlett launched JDog Carpet Cleaning Charleston after 20 years as a firefighter paramedic with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. He will now provide carpet cleaning, hardwood floor cleaning and polishing, tile and grout cleaning, and pressure washing services the Military way – with Respect, Integrity and trust.

Catlett had his grand opening celebration on Nov. 17 in conjunction with the 23rd Annual United States Marine Corps and Law Riders Motorcycle Club Toys for Tots Ride at Low Country Harley-Davidson. JDog Carpet Cleaning Charleston was the food sponsor for the event and served 200+ riders while making connections with Veterans, first responders, and active duty servicemen and servicewomen.

Catlett launched his business in mid-October. “I decided to commit to a JDog Carpet Cleaning franchise because the company provides a solid business model that allows Veterans to succeed at entrepreneurship, and I was inspired by their mission to get the Veteran unemployment rate below 1%. I will also have the opportunity to give back to Veterans in need through the JDog Foundation, which implements programs and services that support Veteran causes,” said Catlett.

“I’m looking forward to providing job opportunities to local servicemen and servicewomen. Veterans are the greatest labor pool, especially because of their skills, talents, and leadership abilities. Through JDog Carpet Cleaning, I can help fellow Veterans get reacclimated with civilian life,” Catlett added.

JDog Brands, including JDog Junk Removal & Hauling and JDog Carpet Cleaning, exclusively awards franchises to Veterans and Military family members. The organization strives to open a franchise in every zip code in order to create business ownership and employment opportunities for Veterans.
