It’s is so important that we call our loved ones and check on them during this time of uncertainty and COVID-19 pandemic . Call them several times a day! "Mommy", (God rest her soul) and "Daddy" are what I affectionately call my parents, but what ever your sweet name is for them, stay in touch. They need you. ❤️

African Americans, Hispanics and Native Americans have no time to waste. Please Stay Home. If you must go out practice Social Distancing which is putting space in between you and other people during this COVID-19 crisis. Please take care of your families and help the most vulnerable get thru this crisis. Focus or being a helper. Yes there are health disparities and social inequities that have occurred and that cause poor health in our society.” YES we have to fix it! But RIGHT NOW we have to focus on NOT Catching and Spreading the COVID-19 virus and supporting our friends and families thru this. We must and we will change this systemic problem when we come up to breathe. Right Now, Stay Home. Stay Safe. Help your loved ones elderly, and at risk community living with health issues like diabetes, heart conditions, Asthma. And of course, Practice Social Distancing. ⠀

We realize this is not easy but please Stay at home and Practice social distancing until this COVID 19 crisis is over in our community. African Americans are disproportionately affected by Coronavirus. If you have Heart Diseases, Diabetes, Asthma or any other underlining disease you are at greater risk.
So please please Stay at home and lean on family members in your household for support.
Help prevent the spread of COVID 19, avoid touching your face, cover your cough, disinfect frequently. Wash your hands frequently, Practice social distancing.
