In this raw and unfiltered moment from Episode 44, Officer Erin Logoluso opens up about one of the most emotionally complex parts of policing—working with vulnerable individuals in broken systems where help often falls short.

From years spent trying to protect a young girl trapped in a cycle of exploitation, to the frustration of watching the system fail again and again, this clip reveals the emotional toll that builds beneath the surface. It’s honest. It’s uncomfortable. And it’s real.

Big news.

I’m proud to share that My Journey with the Badge Foundation is now officially established as a nonprofit organization, with our 501(c)(3) status currently pending approval from the IRS.

This foundation was created with one mission in mind: to preserve and share the firsthand stories of law enforcement officers — the experiences, challenges, and moments that shaped their careers and lives in service to others.

These stories are more than memories. They are part of our history. And they deserve to be preserved.

Through recorded interviews and public educational media, the Foundation will ensure these voices are not lost to time, and that future generations can better understand the human side behind the badge.

As this new chapter begins, support will help fund travel for interviews, archival preservation, and the tools needed to document these stories properly.

More details on how to support the Foundation will be shared soon.

Thank you to everyone who has supported My Journey with the Badge from the beginning. This is just the start.
