Do you have the belief that you should buy clothes once you reach your ideal weight?

You feel like once you are thinner, then clothes would look better on and that you finally can dress the way you've always envisioned yourself dressing.

This is not a reason to delay yourself from feeling and looking amazing in your clothes.

Today is my birthday!🎊🎉

Today I celebrate 32 years of life on this earth. I want to thank God for allowing me to see another year.

A few short years after losing my twin brother unexpectedly, I didn’t know if I would love to year 32.

I was so afraid but God! He delivered me from the chain of fear that I experienced after losing my brother; now, I am here free.

I am so excited for what this next year holds for your girl. More than anything, I want to experience more personal growth, better health, and a stronger relationship with God.

Covid has thrown so many curveballs our way. For some of us, that included our bodies shifting and changing, whether we gained or lost weight during the pandemic. What I know to be true is that the shift to our bodies can leave us feeling a little insecure.

During this pandemic, many of you were not only moms but also teachers to your children. I don't know about you but can we say stressful!!
