Happy two years to Bella Cammack, Maya Schmidt, and Allison Long!

Maya has grown into the brand manager role in a way that’s brought clarity and stability to how projects move and how the team communicates.

Allison has been a steady part of the advertising side, keeps things organized, and brings a personality that makes the day-to-day better.

Bella brings great energy to the social side, stays consistent in the work, and makes things enjoyable for everyone around her.

We’re glad to have all three of them here and part of what we’re building!

Celebrating two people who keep things running the way they should!

Big milestone for Rachel Keller hitting her one year with Rival. She stepped in and got control of the content side quickly, brought structure to how things move, and made it easier for the whole team to execute at a higher level. That consistency has had a real impact.

Also celebrating Kelsey Evanstad today. She keeps accounts organized, communication clear, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. Clients feel that, and so does the team.

Both of them make the day-to-day smoother and the work better, and we are so lucky to have them!

He’s always been easy to talk to. Good energy, stays upbeat, and makes working through things feel simple even when sometimes it’s not.

He’s been holding it down on the dev side the whole time and brings a good presence to the day-to-day.

These four were built with a different standard.

Each one is tied to how the company sells, how calls are handled, and how traffic converts. Design matters, but only if it supports revenue.

You can see the difference in how they’re structured, what they prioritize, and how clean the experience feels from first click.

If your site hasn’t been looked at through that lens, it’s probably leaving gaps you can’t see from the homepage alone.

The actual scope is more limited. This patent is tied to paid search and shopping contexts, not your entire site.

The bigger takeaway is how platforms are thinking. Performance is being evaluated more directly, and weak pages are easier to replace or work around.

We look at a lot of Facebook accounts that generate leads but don’t turn into much revenue.

The pattern is usually the same. The message takes too long to understand, the next step isn’t clear, or the lead sits too long before anyone reaches out.

This one stayed simple the whole way through. The ads were easy to process, the action was obvious, and the team moved quickly once someone came in.

That’s where differences start to become apparent.
