TGIF doesn't have the same ring to it as a sober 49 year old working 2 jobs to just barely get by as it did to my previous self.

Sobriety has been a wild ride. Overall it's getting better but I still have some bad dips.

I'm not just overcomming addictions I'm rewiring them.

I'm retraining 40ish years of wrong living.

I'm doing so much mental inner work but I'm also working down into my biology at the cellular level.

With my water device I'm creating the cleanest water I've ever had.

With my 9.5pH Molecular hydrogen is moving through my cells not moving by them.

It's a game changer even if the 9.5 setting is the only one you use.

Coffee with 9.5ph water. Reading from 2 books this morning. Exercise and walking my doggo are on today's to do list with laundry, and whatever other household chores that arise.

Remember taking care of yourself is alot more of a task than just eating right or sleeping enough.

It includes cleaning and maintaining your home and car.

The neat thing is I can create disinfecting and cleaning water in my kitchen now. I'm eliminating chemicals and saving money.

Let me repeat that. I'm eliminating chemicals and saving money while improving my health from a cellular level

Life is weird, constant cycles.

One week completing my non-negotiables is easy the next difficult.

Can't wait for my new glasses I know that will help my reading and writing.

The thing that can't cycle is your discipline and dedication to self.

I do it some days because I want to, other days I do it because I know I need to and that my future self will appreciate it.

That's dedication to self. Doing something you're future self will appreciate.

It all starts with a decision. Every day, every minute we decide how we act or react.

These days I tend to act with purpose vs my younger self who reacted because I was always distracted.

Booze and w**d kept me down on my knees, struggling and begging please.

Sobriety has lifted me, I'm standing tall with arms raised shouting thank you. Over 5 and a half years now.

Life is grand ain't it. It is absolutely what we make it.

Everyday I'm choosing me by completing my non-negotiables and being grateful for everything. The good, the bad, the beautiful, the ugly, no matter what I've been through, I'm thankful for the lessons I have carried away.

I'm raising my 2nd bottle of 9.5 this morning in honor of good habits and mental clarity.

Let's get educated together. These plastic water bottles are horrible for the environment and our bodies. The water in them is not much better either.

Every morning, I fill two 32 ounce BPA free bottles with my favorite water.

I drink these by the end of my shift at 3:30.

I fill them both again and drink one while at job number 2 finishing by 8. Then the other is for my evening and night.

That puts me at at least 96 ounces for the day and no Im not constantly in the bathroom.

I can chug half a bottle and don't feel the bloat. This water is different. Leveling up from the cellular level.

I forgot to post yesterday but my laundry came out just fine.

I honestly couldn't tell a difference between using the detergent or just the 11.5 water.

That tells me the water did just as good as the detergent.

I don't plan on buying laundry soap ever again.

This water system will help me have a lower toxin home.

Imagine never buying laundry detergent again. I'm trying this today.

To do the laundry…. I press the button that says 2.5. It likes a slower flow on this setting. I gather the big jar of 11.5 from the top hose and 2.5 in the smaller jar from the bottom hose.

The 2.5 is Hypochlorous acid. It makes the machine a medical device. It’s 10x stronger than bleach and can be used to disinfect and clean your washer along with being a bleach alternative. It can even be sprayed in your eyes to cure pink eye.

The 11.5 is the strong alkaline water, the oil emulsifier. It’s gonna clean clothes but it will also clean the stove and the over too.

This water does lots of things.
I wanted it to drink it and had no idea I’d be able to stop buying cleaning supplies

I had no idea the peace of mind having this water would give me.

Once we know better, we can do better.
