People, it's 2026
If someone tells you “Digital/Online Marketing Doesn’t Work” then they usually fall into one of these three buckets.
1) They are inconsistent with their online efforts.
They post a video, run an ad, or publish a blog in January…
Then you won’t see them again online until May.
2) They sell through older methods and dismiss digital altogether.
Not that traditional methods don’t still work (they do very well in some cases). But they never incorporate the digital side, and because of that, they risk losing overall market share. So of course they will tell you digital doesn't work.
3) They post, share, and run ads — but there is no strategy.
There is no focus.
There is no harmonized plan.
There’s a “buy this” post, a random photo, a video with horrible audio and no call to action...
Everything is all over the place — confusing their consumer. And a confused mind never buys.
Let's just be honest, in 2026 if someone tells you this, it's a flat out lie and they more than likely fall into one of these 3 buckets.
Content with strategy is the key to standing out in your local market.
You can compete with bigger brands. You just have to be smarter…
Or have a partner that can guide — or take the reins — in that avenue for you.
