🪄 This week I'm working on some amazing projects:

*I just presented the design concepts for a new logo and brand identity for a PR Agency and they loved the direction! Now I just need to export all the file types so they can use it.

*Refining a clients Success Tracker to include a press kit, event calculator, and event planning tabs.

*Joining forces with a strategic partner to support a local coffee shop with their brand expansion. This one especially fun because it's not your average coffee shop and there is amazing potential for unique and abstract branding. Making the coffee the start of the show vs the cafe. It will be fun to speak with them!

*A weekend office makeover. A past muse found a new office space and we are doing a weekend reno! We have full approval from the property owner, all hands on deck, and all the moving pieces to make this epic. I'm most excited for the ceiling decor as this client offers acupuncture and other treatments that have patients looking up from the table. We're going bold on the ceiling is all I can say!

Alright my CEOs, founders, visionaries and muses...

I know it goes against your nature...

I know you want to go-go-go and do-do-do...

*but* after multiple conversations about this in the past 24 hours its time for a public announcement and permission for you to take a B R E A K.

Yes ~ Do as I say!

You're done with that thing on Monday...

Right... So here's what I need you to do... PLAN A RESET!

I often refer to this as "Identity Maintenance"

What are those things that help you to reset your energy, creativity, productivity, and mind?

Mine:

- Restocking the fridge

- Doing the laundry

- Buying a new book

- Refilling my tea drawer

- Taking a mid-day nap (Gasp!)

Here's the thing.

We are not steam engines with infinite power systems.

We are like tides with ebs and flow.

If you have been "exhaling," pushing, powering through... welp... it's time to RECHARGE with a bit of an inhale. An intentional break.

If you charge your phone every night... why are you not charging your mind, creativity, and productivity.

I finally understand:

• Fear is the biggest gatekeeper to your desires.

• “Be scared and do it anyway.” My version? Be stronger than the fear. I won’t lie… it’s absolute sh*t to navigate the world knowing this truth. But nothing has unlocked more for me than this.

This past year asked me to fully own my power, voice, magic, and creative talents.

• To trust what I know instead of what I’m told.

• I’ve stopped trying to fit into industries, expectations, or timelines that were never designed for me.

• Letting nothing disturb the peace I’ve sacrificed so much for.

• I’ve learned my magic isn’t in the feed. It’s in the room. In the conversations. In the whispers that turn into something bigger.

• I’m not building a machine. I’m not chasing 10x growth or planning an exit. I’m architect and steward of a sanctuary for identity transformation. Because the truth is… I am the differentiator. Not the deliverables. Anyone can design a logos and website. But the way I see you, understand you, and translate your identity into something fully embodied? That’s my magic.

Over the years, I’ve realized that when something feels “off” in your business, life or environment… It’s rarely the need to do more and almost always a sign for you to be more YOU.

✨ 38 feels like nuclear fusion.

🎬 I've been working on something...
The thoughts, ideas, and moments I want to share most don't translate when I go to write, record, or "create content"... They are the raw, real, unfiltered moments that happen naturally, in conversation, through voice note, or in whisper with my Muses and team.

The last few days, the urge to create a YouTube channel has been all consuming in my mind. Just as Elizabeth Gilbert describes in her book Big Magic, that idea that just keeps tugging on you until you do something about it!

Well... a few days ago I sat down with Chat and told it of this idea of mine. How I wanted to curate and organize my channel to be different... To speak to my Visionaries AND Muses. To be raw and unfiltered. To highlight the trifecta of my work: Identity, Image, Interiors ~ Brand, Style, Decor. To be binge-worthy. To become a creative space to share my work, ideas, movement... and gather a community. A space unlike other platforms... So I may have dedicated a Saturday afternoon to designing my banner image, writing out my channel description, planning the videos I want to share and the unique perspectives I want to capture and put into the world.

Video ~ Just captures my essence in a way writing posts or designing IG posts just doesn't...

Just now I had the exact moment I hope to capture and build this creative outlet around... A Muse Moment! I grabbed my phone, captured the moment, and published it for you all to see.

OF COURSE!! I have more to come! More to record! More to share... but in the spirit of inspired creativity, F* the "perfect" launch or announcement ~ Go see what I've created so far.

This is too funny... The universe is sending me some strong signs encouraging a new idea of mine 😆

So... I recently shared with a handful of people a new idea of mine! About how I'm always ending up in corners *whispering* with people about business, branding and interior design... How the other night, I was out with a friend at a bar, and saw a psychic had a reserved table for readings in the back corner... I said "Now thats what I need for all my whispers!"

I seriously love these moments and have genuinely been trying to find a way to encourage more of these whisper moments.

In a call with my mentor on Monday I called them "corner conversations" and we both stopped and said "Oh! That's gooood"

A thought just simmering in the back of my mind, given some love by a few I’ve told so far... then I get this! A "whisper text" ~ Yep that's what I'm calling it! Exactly like in person but via text!

Pulling me into a corner asking for my 2 cents! 🥰 I love this!

I just had to share! How serendipitous is that!

Corner Conversations would be free, not sale-sie, little moments (thinking 30min) to whisper what your thinking or working on... I don't have a reserved table in the back of a cool bar *yet!* but I'm putting it out there regardless to see what you all think!?

🎤 Last week I had the pleasure of speaking at Empowerment Luncheon on a topic I could talk about for hours: Fostering Authenticity In Your Brand Online & IRL

I shared this moment with (Content Marketing & SEO Strategist). Together we decided to do things a bit differently and not just host your "typical panel presentation." We decided to open the conversation to attendees!

Niko started the conversation with thoughtfully curated questions ~ then the real magic began ~ We spoke directly to attendees in the room! *Gasp!*
