Sydney Janda Photography
My name is Sydney Janda and I began my journey in photography when I received my first camera in 2015. Four years later, I aim to capture lifelong memories in equine, senior, family, and canine portraits.
Growing up, I could always be found with a crayon or pencil in my hand. After starting and running my own art business - Sydney’s Art Studio - at the age of twelve, it began to feel more like a job than a passion. After getting my first camera, I was hooked and immediately took it to the barn to capture the animals I loved most: horses. As I acquired different skills, I began to expand my subject field and work in portrait photography. I eventually created my own photography business in the summer of 2017.
I currently am a freshman at the University of Kentucky, pursuing a major in digital media and design, with a minor in business. On campus I am the student photographer for the College of Arts and Sciences, which has exposed me to many different situations and gear to work with.
