okay friends, i need some guidance/advice 🫶
i’ve been dealing with tension headaches that seem to be coming from my neck pain, and i’m pretty sure the 12–14 hours a day of stitching is starting to catch up with me 😅
i love what i do & i have to make money for my family, but my neck/shoulders/head are officially filing a complaint.
if you’ve dealt with this — especially from crafting, desk work, sewing, embroidery, or anything where you’re looking down a lot — what helped you?
looking for recommendations for stretches, tools, pillows, posture setups, heat/ice, massage, chiropractor/PT tips, anything that’s actually helped you function without feeling like your neck is personally attacking you.
