A Step-by-Step Approach
- We work with you to develop a strategy considering your family’s time
frame and sensitivities.
- Our team works in the house independently. An onsite family
representative is not necessary at any time unless requested or required by
extenuating circumstances.
- Nothing in the house goes untouched. We sort and organize everything
in order for the family to see and cla
im important items.
- If needed, storage facilities are identified and space is reserved.
- After value research is completed, collectors, dealers and shop owners
are brought in to purchase available items.
- What is not claimed or purchased is assessed as to its probable
destination.
• An estate sale is scheduled as items are reorgainzed and priced.
• We contact and arrange for local charitable foundations to pick up
the appropriate items.
• We prepare any refuse items for pick up. (Hazardous household products are disposed of properly.)
- We schedule the necessary contractors (painters, carpet cleaners, etc.) and double check all completed work for quality.
- The house and yard are cleaned and staged for marketing.
