Bonus recipe this morning: Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal Muffins--a quick, pantry-friendly solution that turned out soft, lightly sweet, and perfect for busy mornings.

These came from looking at the stack of instant oatmeal packets in our pantry and thinking, "Okay, what can I make with what I already have?"
