After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Illustration, and working in both canvas paintings for interior designers and a small printing company, I settled into a 17-year career at first Penton Publishing, then Penton Media, Inc. I started as an Illustrator, but advanced to design and ended up taking my magazine through the process of being the first Penton publication to m
ove to the all digital printing platform. Since 2005 I have enjoyed a robust freelance career, and still work with some of the great Penton talent I enjoyed working with previously. My illustration background, technical skill, design ability and connections to some of the city’s finest illustrators, photographers and writers makes me uniquely qualified to get your project done perfectly and on budget.
