I’m going to be honest…

Healing is exhausting.

It’s not always pretty. It’s not always linear. And some days, it feels like you’re doing all this work… with no acknowledgment from the people you wish would see you the most.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want that sometimes.
The validation. The recognition. The “I’m proud of you” from people who’ve never given it.

But I’ve had to learn this the hard way:

Healing isn’t about who celebrates you.
It’s about who you become… even when they don’t.

And while it may not resonate with everyone, it will reach the ones who are ready.

So I’ll keep sharing.
Because even one honest conversation can open the door to something real.

And that… is what makes it worth it.
