Doing good work isn’t what makes a company successful.
Your ability to acquire paying customers is what will determine where your business takes you.
That and your ability to problem-solve.
That’s where growth comes from.
People aren’t hiring me? Why?
An easy explanation is that Meta ads suck. Marketers have ruined it for the rest of us. Small business owners are close-minded. People have unrealistic expectations. The economy sucks. People have no idea how hard I work. Google ads is too expensive. Everybody’s selling a course on how to build an AI marketing agency from scratch.
I could complain for days, but that doesn’t move the needle.
How can I get better results for clients?
How can I get Meta to work for me?
How can I convince business owners that they can trust me?
Is my pricing actually fair? Can it be adjusted?
Am I spending enough on ads?
Is my pitch not compelling enough?
These are the questions that will actually yield solutions.
Everything else is out my control.
Nothing just gets better as time goes on. If you want to see change, you need to make change.
