Life has been happening and my page Coal County Homeschoolers has definitely been on the back burner 😥 Between all the activities, lessons, appointments, and everyday life, this school year kept us BUSY. If you know, you know 🤍
But all of it really made me think about how important it is to create something simple and flexible that works with everyone’s schedules and seasons of life.
So moving forward:
🌿 Monday Park Days
📍 Coalgate — 10:00 AM
We’ll gather for prayer, fellowship, and playtime.
🍃 Thursday Nature Walks
📍 Wintersmith Music & Movie Venue in Ada — 11:00 AM
We’ll provide a simple nature study paper each week — nothing fancy — and you’re always welcome to bring anything extra that helps your kiddos enjoy and explore nature during our walks.
As homeschooling families, community matters so much. Our children learn best when they have opportunities to grow alongside others, build friendships, and experience the world around them together. And honestly, us parents need that encouragement and fellowship too.

There is something so special about slowing down, getting outside, admiring God’s creation, and letting our children learn through wonder, movement, and connection. Nature points us back to Him in such a beautiful way 🌿☀️
