We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist with exceptional expertise and a proven track record in managing high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our paid media strategies and drive measurable results for our clients.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Paid Media Specialist at Razib Marketing in Savar. The Specialist will be responsible for media planning, communication, marketing, new media, and research tasks to optimize paid media channels, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth for boutique hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), other PPC channels, and OTA platforms like Expedia.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Monitor budgets, bids, and ROI to ensure cost-effective results
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals
• Stay up to date with the latest paid media trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Certifications: Google Ads Certified, Google Analytics Certified, Facebook Blueprint Certified.
• Expertise in Google Tag Manager, DataLayer management, and setting up custom dimensions for advanced tracking.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and campaign performance analysis.
• Proven success in the hotel and travel industry, with a deep understanding of its unique marketing needs.
• Experience managing campaigns on OTA platforms like Expedia.
• Exceptional knowledge of digital ad platforms, including Pinterest and TikTok.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Strong project management abilities, with experience using tools like ClickUp.

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Savar for a Digital Marketing Intern at Razib Marketing. As an SEO/GEO Intern at Razib Marketing, you will work closely with our Digital Marketing team to support search engine optimization and generative engine optimization initiatives for local and global clients. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to modern SEO strategies, data-driven optimization, and AI-influenced search visibility practices in a professional agency environment.

The intern will assist in executing on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities, while gaining practical experience in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) methodologies aligned with evolving search and AI platforms.

Qualifications:
* Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
