I thought I wasn't doing enough until I compared my expectations for myself to the expectations I'd have for a nanny, cleaning lady, project manager, business owner, wife, and human being. What I discovered changed how I see myself, and it might change how you see yourself too.

Most people think documenting your life is about preserving memories. I think it's about paying attention.

It's about catching the small moments that reveal something true about you: maybe you stood up for yourself, you handled something differently than you would've a year ago, or you chose courage over comfort.

Every bit of it is evidence that you've grown, and the more you check in with yourself, the more you create proof and ultimately momentum toward all that you've been working toward.
