From starting lacrosse goalie for CSH High School's back-to-back state championship teams to earning her Environmental Studies degree at Franklin & Marshall, Alyssa is now channeling her competitive drive into 26.2 miles in the 2026 NYC Marathon!
Today, she balances her career as a local energy analyst with training along the very same streets and shoreline she grew up on, running in support of If you see her logging miles around town, give her a wave—she’ll be sure to wave back 🏃‍♀️🌅

STROLL Celebrated TWO TOWNS~TEN DAYS~ONE CAUSE with PINK AID LONG ISLAND.

Moxologie | Zero-Proof Bottle Shop hosted STROLL Cold Spring Harbor and STROLL Locust Valley guests with refreshments in the beautiful shop at 151 Main Street, CSH. Friends, neighbors, sponsors and Pink Aid volunteers came together to celebrate at Moxologie, Hearth and Harbor, Willow and Hanalai & Kula here on Main Street to sip, snack and shop. Congratulations to Lydia for winning the raffle prize!

Something wicked this way comes… 🧙‍♀️✨ Witches Night Out returns to Cold Spring Harbor on Thursday, October 22 from 5–8 PM!

Grab your favorite witches, dress for the occasion, and spend the evening shopping, dining, and making your way through the Village. Participating businesses will have special offerings throughout the night, with plenty of reasons to make a night of it.

Rain date: Thursday, October 29.

Pinktober is happening this weekend! 💕 Two towns. Ten days. One important cause 💕 This October, Cold Spring Harbor and Locust Valley businesses are coming together for Shop Pinktober, a 10-day community shopping initiative organized by Stroll with Carolyn Walkin and benefiting Pink Aid.

From October 1–10, participating local shops and restaurants will donate a percentage of sales or offer special promotions benefiting Pink Aid and its work supporting local breast cancer patients with compassion and care.

💗 Make plans to stroll, shop, dine, and show some love to the businesses that make our communities so special.
