The Beach Off 111 is open in Pontoon Beach. Rendered built beach111.com in two stages: a presale site in August that offered charter memberships before the doors opened, then the full site on opening day.

Go have a look, and if you know someone who needs an Open Seat, a Walled Desk, a Booth, or a conference room by the hour, send them over.

Rendered joined some Collinsville Chamber of Commerce members at the Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 Annex Building yesterday for an informative luncheon that featured Dr. Brad Skertich (pictured) presenting the State of the District to all in attendance.

There are some great things underway in the district, like the exciting, brand new Collinsville Area Vocational Center (https://cavc.kahoks.org), as well as new baseball fields going in behind the high school.

Proud to be part this vibrant community that puts such a high value on schools and students, as well as local businesses and organizations.

Illinois will help lower the interest rate on a small business loan. Almost nobody has heard of the program. Mark learned about it this morning at a Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce breakfast, where the team from First National Bank of Waterloo laid it out, and he wrote up the short version with a link to the state's program page.

This is what a marketing department is for. Not just the logo and the website: someone whose whole job is paying attention on your behalf.

The first Rendered gear exists, and it was made around here on purpose: tees by Belleville Screen Printing Company, caps by ANB Embroidery and More in Granite City. We could have clicked a button on some big print-on-demand site, but being the marketing department for local businesses means putting your money where your neighbors are. Both shops treated a tiny first order like it mattered.
