The trip to explore a Colorado Springs summer finally made it out of the group chat ⛰️🌞

One of my favorite parts of this business is helping people celebrate milestones and give them something they can keep for a lifetime. Truly so rewarding! These women spend the day celebrating Joanna and soaking in the fun weekend they planned together. From hiking Seven Falls Colorado Springs to a fun shoot and rooftop bar dinner Downtown Colorado Springs , really shows what a great COS summer day can look like.

We’ve been quite on here focusing on the business outside of socials but have so so much to share from the past couple of months! Stay tuned ✏️📸

I hate to break it to you (again)… but your logo doesn’t need to spell out your entire business.

For Morning Cup of Jo, we could’ve gone the obvious route—coffee cup, sun, the whole “morning” vibe ☕️🌞
…but that would’ve boxed the brand in immediately.

This podcast isn’t just about mornings.
It’s about women’s topics, real conversations, a little sports talk, and building a space that feels fun, bold, and community-driven.

So instead, we built a brand that feels like that.
A wordmark that gives it personality, paired with a color palette and brand elements that do the storytelling for us.

Because good branding doesn’t just explain what you do…
