First interview in the books. Colorado Springs if you are hungry for breakfast or lunch you need to go check out La Minerva Food Trailer in the parking lot of 7610 N Union blvd. My Vision is to have the owner answer the questions but since the family didn’t speak much English I went ahead and did it for them.
