This weird ADHD trick helped me create a repeatable system for my clients...even with the new Andromeda updates.

I've recently been learning more about how my ADHD brain operates and there are three phases in which I get locked in...

Plan. Prep. Perform. When I honor that, content is easy.

1️⃣ Plan (Explore):
I scroll our clients reviews. I look for patterns. I spot the three stories buyers care about this week.

2️⃣ Prep (Sharpen):
I have our clients record a quick “review scroll” with voice over. That is one content piece.

Then I take the top 3 reviews and write 10 hooks each. That makes 30 variants for testing.

3️⃣ Perform (Hunt):
I run a scroll-stop test. I keep 2-3 winners per review. That gives me 6-9 winner clips.

Now I expand each winner with the 4 Trust Lenses:

Aspirational: the big win

Actionable: the simple steps

Analytical: the proof and numbers

Anthropological: the human story

Six to nine winners × four lenses = 24-30 pieces I can post and run.

For a long time, I was the ceiling in my business.

Because there's nothing more frustrating than having a goldmine of past customers and leads… and letting them go cold.

Step 1 — Send the 9-word email or text TODAY!

👉 “Are you still interested in [service]?”
👉 “Have you given up on [service]?”

Send it to everyone: past projects, lost bids, closed bids, abandoned bids, estimates that didn’t close, even old customers.

Step 2 — Watch the replies roll in

Some will say yes. Some will say no. Both open the door to conversations which could also be referrals.

Step 3 — Run the Silver Bullet conversation (learned from a mentor of mine)

Identify the next step that gets them moving again.

Be helpful: mention industry changes, better offers, or timing.

Transition into: “Let’s revisit this, ie. "Here’s how we can help now.”

Step 4 — Book calls this week
