Thankfully exists for people like me that are construction challenged!

It was such a joy working on their site and branding. They wanted a modern, yet luxurious logo. Something clean and strong that still had character and after. Personally, now all I want is a claw foot soaking tub 😍

I wish I had real life construction skills but I guess I better stick to building in the digital world 🙈

What little improvements can you make? It doesn’t have to be a big thing. Just think of a little positive shift you want to set for tomorrow. Here’s some ideas...

💡 Set the alarm clock 15 minutes early to allow for meditation

💡Turn the TV off 15 minutes earlier and read a book instead

💡 Get your thoughts on paper. Write down 2 things that made you frustrated today and 3 things that made you smile

It’s all about little mindset shift. Nothing sudden. Nothing big and flashy. Just doing things a little better each and every day.

My parents celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary this weekend and it’s got me all swoony for love ❤️ and in my swoony state, I realize I haven’t introduced my other half here 🙈 so fam, meet Dylan.

We’ve known each other since we were 11 years old and been best friends ever since. We got married in 2019 (right after he had back surgery...a story for another time 😂) and can’t believe it’s almost been 2 years!

I am still so thankful to . That day went by so fast and thanks to them, I can go back and enjoy the day all over again.

A very wise aunt of mine has always told me “Bloom where you’re planted.” I love that❤️

2021 is here and let’s be honest…it’s not the sparkly bright 🦄 we all hoped it might be. However, if you take the time NOW (when many are paralyzed by fear) to keep hustling, to keep building, to keep dreaming…you can grow 🌱

If you can grow now, despite everything that is going on, think about how you’ll bloom when that season we are currently hoping for, finally arrives 🌈

There will be plenty of people who look back at this year and say, “I wish I would have got started THEN.” Don’t be one of them.

I say “ROME” you say “ Colosseum”

Don’t get me wrong here...I love a good IKEA building project as much as the next person but sometimes it’s worth it to invest in something that will truly stand the test of ⏳

When building a new business, it can be tempting to just do everything the cheapest way possible. It’s better to have something than nothing at all right?

Not always...

Carli’s take on this? YES YES AND YES 🤩 After the dreary year we’ve had, we could all use some “illumination”. While I’ll always have a soft spot for neutrals, I’m so ready for bright bold colors to take their place on the design stage!
