Jeff attended the Ag Outlook Forum in Kansas City on Tuesday, Sept. 22.

The event, sponsored by Agri-Pulse Communications, Inc. and the Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City, brought together ag economists and industry leaders to discuss ways to overcome some of the challenges facing agriculture today, including high crop input costs and volatile global markets.

Former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Dan Glickman told attendees (including his fellow Kansan who was excited to get his photo taken) that federal ag policy needs to do a better job of anticipating and providing solutions for future problems with strategic planning.

Last week, Cam and Ashley led a strategic planning session for the Ohio AgriBusiness Association's board. Board members participated in exercises to assess the organization’s current state, set goals, and identify external opportunities and threats. The information gathered during the session will be used to draft OABA's three-year strategic plan.

Today we're celebrating 2 years with Megan! 🎉

Since joining us, Megan has brought creativity, dedication, and a genuine passion for agriculture to everything she does. From design and marketing to jumping into whatever challenge comes her way, she’s always willing to wear another hat and find a way to get it done. Though Mother Nature wasn't the most cooperative, Mace and Jeff were excited to spend a day at the 2026 Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa.

We met up with our friends from CropLife America, who traveled from Washington, D.C., to the Corn Belt to network with member companies, state and federal ag officials, and other ag stakeholders.

Innovation, conversation, and client connections made it a day well spent.
