Good event management isn’t just making sure the event runs smoothly… it’s making sure the people helping you bring it to life feel prepared, supported, and appreciated too. 🧡

This year, we had 50+ volunteers from several different organizations, and they truly showed up and showed OUT.

So grateful for every person who trusted me to lead, organize, and coordinate them for the Senior Tech Conference. Y’all made it happen. 🩵🧡
